# Swish Handel

Swish Handel är en betalmetod för handel som låter kunder betala via Swish.

### Konfigurera Swish Handel

1. Öppna **Meny** → **Betalmetoder**
2. Klicka på **Lägg till**
3. Välj **Swish Handel** som betalmetodstyp
4. Fyll i:
   * **Namn**: T.ex. "Swish" eller "Swish Handel"
   * **Bokföringskonto**: Välj vilket bokföringskonto som ska användas
   * **Färg**: Välj en färg för att identifiera betalmetoden
   * **Swish-nummer**: Ange Swish-numret för handel
   * **Meddelande till kund**: Valfritt meddelande som visas för kunden
5. Klicka på **Spara**

### Använda Swish Handel

När en kund betalar med Swish Handel:

1. Lägg till produkter i kundvagnen
2. Gå till betalning
3. Välj **Swish Handel** som betalmetod
4. En QR-kod visas som kunden skannar med sin Swish-app
5. Betalningen registreras när kunden har genomfört betalningen i sin Swish-app

### Returer med Swish Handel

Swish Handel kan användas för returer:

1. Öppna kvittot som ska returneras
2. Välj produkter att returnera
3. Starta returen
4. Välj **Swish Handel** som betalmetod för returen
5. Bekräfta returen

Återbetalningen görs via Swish till kundens Swish-nummer.

### Tips

* Se till att Swish-numret är korrekt angivet
* Meddelandet till kunden kan innehålla information om köpet eller butiken
* Swish Handel stöder både betalningar och returer
* Återbetalningar görs automatiskt till kundens Swish-nummer vid returer
